About this Event
The LGBTQ+ Amazing Race Challenge (The GayMazing Race) is a one-day event that combines the excitement of the hit TV show with the spirit of the LGBTQ+ community. Like the show you’ll race through various challenges and roadblocks with your teammate to test your mental and physical limits.
Challenges: Will require teamwork, problem solving, and creativity all while exploring LGBTQ+ history, culture, local landmarks, shops, and the pride that St Pete has to offer.
Roadblocks: A roadblock is a task that only one teammate may perform and must complete before moving on the route. Choose wisely because once partner A has completed the task another roadblock comes around that partner B must complete!
Route Cards: The Route Information cards serve as guides for teams. They hint to their next destination, leaving it up to the teams to use their problem-solving skills to determine exactly where it will lead.
