Celebrate Florida Native Plant Month when these plants really show off! Learn how easy Florida wildflowers are to grow, even if only in a container, on this guided exploration of our Pollinator Garden and other select areas of Sunken Gardens. Our Education Director and Florida Wildflower Foundation contractor, Jennifer Tyson, will point out blooming native plants while explaining the essential role these species play in the lives of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.
Free with Sunken Gardens admission or membership. No pre-registration required.
Participants should meet Jennifer Tyson in the Fountain Plaza at 10:30 am. This is an outdoor program: participants are encouraged to bring water and wear sunscreen or sun protection attire.
