Women’s Self-Defense Class with Dr. Anthony Wilson

Step into your strength and boost your confidence at this empowering women’s self-defense class led by Dr. Anthony Wilson, CEO and Founder of HFG Self-Defense. In this hands-on session, you will learn simple, practical techniques designed to help you stay aware, respond effectively, and move through the world with greater confidence.

This focused 2.5-hour training introduces essential safety strategies and real-world skills that prioritize awareness, decision-making, and escape.

By the end of the session, participants will:

• Understand key psychological and physical safety principles
• Learn a stable defensive stance and a powerful basic strike
• Identify effective escape-focused strike targets
• Practice escaping common grabs while managing stress and heart rate
• Apply quick decision-making in realistic public-safety scenarios

Before You Attend

• Liability waivers will be available for completion upon arrival
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement
• Bring water or other hydration
• Please arrive on time so the session can begin promptly
• Participants will complete a brief pre- and post-training survey
