SCHEDULE:
◈ 3:30pm-5:45pm THE GATHERING: HUMAN CONNECTION RITUAL / CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS & BREATHWORK
- Open to new possibilities in connection and authentic relating. During this workshop, you will be invited to first tune into yourself. Sensing your body, and tapping into your sensations, to create safety, and a sense of home, and self-care... from here we then extend our awareness out to include others, meeting others in a non-traditional and heart-centred way.
In this event, you will learn to honour your boundaries, & learn to simply enjoy your natural desire for connection and disconnection, and practice communicating both with authenticity.
As part of this workshop, we're including a breathwork ritual that involves conscious connected breath and eye gazing, a very simple yet profound experience. Celebrate shining your light into the world this Winter Solstice!
