The Gathering is a 5-week, in-person wellness experience created specifically for Black men and women ready to heal, reconnect, and reclaim their power. This isn’t therapy as you know it—it’s a guided journey of self-reflection, growth, and community, led by facilitators who understand the cultural weight we carry.
In this space, you will:
✅ Unpack how generational trauma has shaped your life.
✅ Rewrite the narratives you’ve inherited.
✅ Reclaim your identity, resilience, and the power to heal—individually and collectively.
Location: Sip & Savor | 43rd Street
Time: Thursdays (weekly) 6:30pm-8:00pm
Investment: $249 upfront or two payments of $135
