Our Speakers
is the Head of Culture & Talent Management at GoStudent. Over her HR experience, Allie has come in touch with the topic of resilience in different ways, including in her work shaping Zalando’s performance management framework and the company’s New Work response during the COVID pandemic.
is a Design Mentor and Transformational Coach who focuses on guiding others through times of uncertainty. Through her sixteen years of experience, Cassie has led design teams at Wooga, Zalando, and Contentful, at times guiding teams through layoffs and restructuring.
