About this Event
Atlanta News First, in partnership with the Center for Civic Innovation, is hosting this free, in-person night focused on sensible and safe solutions to improving transit across the region.
Atlanta News First Senior Reporter Patrick Quinn will moderate panel discussions with MARTA’s interim CEO, top city leaders and regional officials, transit advocates, and everyday riders – exploring how MARTA can meet the moment, where/when/if we’ll see rail lines along the Beltline and other key corridors, and what public transportation options are there outside the perimeter, in Cobb and Gwinnett counties.
We’ve all been in the maddening stop-and-go traffic. As Atlanta continues to grow, it’s time to enhance how we all get around. Our jobs, our families, our city depends on it.
This live, non-partisan event will be filmed and rebroadcasted on Atlanta News First later this fall. Be a part of the conversation on October 7!
