Is NATO dead? A 77-year-old alliance rent asunder by intense transatlantic mistrust? Not according to our young, emerging experts, participating in the Seeing is Believing project. Join us as SAIS students and Youth Leaders from Southeast Europe present clear, plausible recommendations for NATO — timed for the Ankara Summit — in the Balkans, Baltics and Ukraine.
