The Furry Fiction Experience: Stories About Our Pets

Join us for The Furry Fiction Experience, a creative writing workshop dedicated to celebrating the pets we love and the stories they inspire.

Hosted by purrfiction and Courtney of Inspired Creative Writing Workshops, this session is welcoming, playful, and pressure-free — perfect for writers of all levels, including those who “don’t think they’re writers.”

Together, we’ll explore guided prompts that may include:

• A day in the life through your pet’s eyes
• Superhero pets and secret powers
• Funny, heartfelt, or imaginative stories inspired by your furry companions

This workshop is about connection, creativity, and community — coming together to gush about our best friends and share their stories in a supportive, fun environment.

Bonus: purrfiction will keep the store open late during the event for browsing — because who doesn’t love immersing themselves in someone else’s story after writing their own?

Please note: There will be no adoptable pets at this particular event, though future workshops may include them (if we’re lucky!).
