Our Front Cover Academy Day made its inaugural year in 2025 and after its huge success has been made a permanent event in Femme Country’s calendar for Subscribers, followers and readers. It is an immersive, beautifully curated experience designed for women who aspire to understand our world in the editorial fashion and luxury publishing scene. Far more than a masterclass, it is a celebration of creativity, confidence and craft, bringing together industry experts, top photographers, stylists, makeup artists and editorial directors to mentor participants through the art and strategy of creating a truly compelling cover story.

Starting the Academy Day with a panel featuring industry experts from the magazine alongside past cover stars immediately sets the tone, credibility, and aspiration for the entire experience. It grounds attendees in the real-world standards, expectations, and opportunities of the industry while offering firsthand insight into what it truly takes to land a cover and build a sustainable career. Hearing editors, creatives, and cover stars speak openly about their journeys, challenges, and breakthroughs creates instant inspiration, trust, and relatability, while positioning the magazine as both an authority and a mentor. This opening moment not only add energy and excitement to the room whilst framing the day as more than a workshop, it becomes a gateway into the world attendees are striving to enter.

Set inside an elegant, industry professional photography studio, the Academy fuses practical workshops with empowering conversations about personal branding, self-expression and the role of modern women in shaping luxury media. Our array of brand pop-ups are present for both shopping and networking making the event a place where ambition meets artistry, and where every woman leaves feeling seen, confident, and ready to step into her own spotlight.
