We’re gathering on the last weekend of the year to release the habits, stories, and emotional weight that no longer serve us, and to gently shape the vibration we want to carry into the year ahead.

The Frequency to Flourish is a reflective and restorative afternoon that brings together intentional inner work, subtle vibrational support, and moments of quiet clarity.

We invite you to pause before the year closes, to reconnect with yourself, and to ease into the new year feeling lighter and more aligned.

• Tiffany will guide you through a gentle intention-setting process supported by flower essences. You’ll be invited to tune into the remedies that resonate with your reflections and select what feels supportive for the year ahead.
• Mary will then offer a calming sound immersion, creating a space where the body can unwind and the mind can settle. Through soothing resonance, you’ll be guided into a state that supports release, renewal, and a gentle lift in your inner vibration.

Together, these practices create a gentle recalibration — so you can enter 2026 feeling more centred and receptive to attract what truly matters.

Tiffany is a functional medicine naturopath, nutritionist and mindfulness teacher who blends evidence-based clinical insight with a slower, more intuitive way of approaching wellbeing. She believes healing unfolds more naturally when we meet the body with understanding and gentleness, and she supports her patients in finding clarity and steadiness through this balanced approach.

Mary is a sound practitioner whose journey began with a personal search for relief from tension and fatigue. Her training in sound therapy and gongs deepened her understanding of how vibration can help the body soften and reset. She now creates spaces for people to slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with themselves through calming sound immersions.

Please Note: We invite you to arrive 10 minutes before the start time to get comfortable. To honour the experience for all participants, the door will close 15 minutes after we begin, and latecomers will not be admitted.
