for Everyday Life
Do you ever find yourself stuck in cycles of negative thinking, even when you want to let them go?
In these meditation classes, we'll discover practical techniques to let go of negative minds and break free from self-limiting thoughts.
These methods will empower us to cultivate an inner space of clarity and happiness, helping us become a more positive, confident, and resilient person.
Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for Q&A.
All classes are self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required.

Known for her friendly and open nature, she presents her class in a light, practical, and clear way, showing how anyone can experience the benefits of meditation - even in the midst of busy modern life.
