Meet at the pavilon for 9am we shall start running at 9:15am
As part of our 120KM Challenge, The Foundry is hosting five easy-entry community run/walk events throughout November — designed to help people get moving again, reconnect, and support better physical and mental health.
Whether you’re returning to fitness, starting your journey, or just want to be part of something positive, these events are for you.
Each run is around 3–4km at a slow, social pace — no pressure, no competition, just community.

November is International Men’s Health Month — a time to raise awareness, open conversations, and take action around men’s mental and physical wellbeing.
These events aren’t just for men they’re for everyone who wants to move, show support, and run for men’s health.
