You'll learn how to make all sorts of delicious, healthy, prepable foods that will leave you feeling deeply nourished and grounded throughout your busy weeks!

- Foundational cooking and chopping skills
- The foundations of weekly meal prep
- The best types of foods and dishes to meal prep (and how to do so!)
- How to incorporate more gut loving, brian boosting super foods into your meal prep

Who's this Workshop For?
This workshop is perfect for both new and experienced chefs alike. The only requirement is to come hungry and ready to cook.
Please feel free to come solo, with a friend, a family member, or bring a special someone!
