Surrounded by meaningful conversation and warm ambiance, this dinner invites you to slow down, savor each bite, and reconnect with yourself and others in a space of gratitude and presence.


Saturday

Breakfast + WEIGHT TRAINING session

Info: Join us for a workout to wake the body followed by a healthy breakfast (Oatmeal + blueberries + Protein Shake).

"WAKE UP" - to the WORK

Info: Lecture on a deep understanding on = Energy, Energy Systems, Time, Nutrition, Habits, 7 Chakras, Brain,Happy Chemicals , Programming, E- motions (Magnetic),your mind (thoughts) waves (Electro)

LUNCH : MEAL PREP PARTY

Info: Lunch Chicken + Rice - Tilapia - Asparagus+ Red Potatoes + sweet Potatoes + Greek Yogurt + Fruit . Coach Dee will teach a meal prepping class and answer all questions regarding nutrition.

Info: Participant + Coaches will Drive up to MT. for 30 min Sunrise Hike, 5 min Journal (gratitude, intentions, affirmation),10 min Meditation, 20 min Yoga.
