Sound of Surf Night crashes into Holy Frijoles with three of the East Coast’s finest reverb-soaked bands for a full evening of reverb, grit, and instrumental mayhem.Baltimore’s own The Flying Faders bring their high-energy blend of classic surf, indie rock spirit, and modern reverb-drenched originals. With releases like No Sweat and Tectonic Shifts, the Faders have built a reputation for loud, melodic surf scorchers and DIY East Coast energy.
Joining them are Albany’s The Jagaloons — an award-winning surf-rock trio mixing vintage surf tones with punk attitude, garage-rock chaos, and enough reverb to flood the room. Their latest record Forbidden Words pushes classic instrumental surf into darker, fuzzier territory.
Opening the night are Baltimore instrumental favorites The Bali Lamas, delivering moody, cinematic surf vibes with touches of post-punk grit and atmospheric groove.
Special event:
The Flying Faders set will be recorded LIVE for an upcoming live vinyl release — so bring the energy, bring the noise, and be part of the record.
Surf. Garage. Reverb. Loud amps. Good hangs.
