About the Workshop
"The Flow," a mindfulness tool that I developed to help improvisors access a state of play more readily onstage. It's a cool tool that I haven't had much of a chance to share in Boston. I introduced it in Atlanta almost a decade ago, and I still hear from people that it's fundamentally changed how they approach improv.

About the Class Level
At The Nova Comedy Collective, we call this an ORBIT CLASS - meaning it's perfect for participants who have a foundation of the basics, and are ready to build out your improv toolkit!
About the Location
This class is located at The Cambridge Foundry, inside THE YELLOW MULTIROOM. If you head in through the front of the Foundry, you'll see a staircase straight ahead. The entrance to the room is right under the stairs. And if you need help, you can ask at the front table - The Foundry staff is ready to help!
About the Instructor
Sebastian has been improvising for over 13 years, and has trained at iO, Bay Area Theater Sports, the Annoyance, and Improv Boston, among others. He co-founded the Atlanta Improv Dojo, a masterclass that helps improvisors play more through mindfulness. He co-hosted the Improv in Action Podcast. He's been practicing Tai Chi and embodied meditation as long as he has been improvising. The Flow is his attempt to bring some of what he learned from Tai Chi into improv.
