We'd love to welcome you to Dales Farm in the rural village of Ellerton, East Yorkshire for a gorgeous day of grounding, releasing and transformation.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and restore your mind, energise your body and connect with your spirit. Spend time in nature, work with the elements, and come home to yourself.

We'll begin gently — taking time to fully arrive, ground, and connect with the earth. You'll be guided to identify and let go of the limiting beliefs and old patterns that have been quietly holding you back, utilising the energetic practices of qigong to powerfully release what you no longer need. There will then be space to connect to your inner presence and wisdom, and to feel into the heartfelt intentions for the love and life you are stepping into.

There will be time to reflect, to be nourished, to connect — with a wholesome lunch and the company of a beautiful group of like-minded women.

Then, we gather around the fire.

We sit with it. We listen. We reflect and release. The fire is our teacher — and it meets you exactly where you are.

The firewalk itself is a deeply embodied practice. Walking across the coals is a moment of transformation… a crossing from who you have been into who you are becoming, fuelled by the energy and wisdom of the fire.

We'll move through it with singing, dancing, and breathwork — embodying the joy of simply being alive and celebrating the glorious, whole, radiant you.

And as the day closes, we come together in fun, laughter, play, and the warmth of new friendships — held in a circle of women who truly see you.
