The Five Elements 101

This 4-hour immersive workshop weaves together yoga, breathwork, ritual, and lecture along with practical application of the elements through both an Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine lens.

Explore how the elements live within you—and learn how to work with them in your yoga and daily life.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners, teachers, and anyone who is curious about the Five Elements Philosophies.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in 15 minutes before training time. Please arrive with ample time to get checked in and settled. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the workshop, journal, pen, water, etc. We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
