About this Event

Join us this July at the Women in Technology L.E.A.P. event as we explore the hidden barriers that can impact confidence, influence and career growth, and how to break through them with greater clarity and intention.

Joined by Job Hunting Expert, Career Coach and Founder & Director of Pantala, Renata Bernarde, this interactive workshop explores five common barriers that can affect women’s leadership progression and influence at work: imposter syndrome, tall poppy syndrome, confidence, executive presence, and courage. Attendees will learn how these barriers differ, how they show up professionally, and which one may be most relevant to their own growth and progression.

By the end of the session, attendees will:

  • Understand the difference between five common barriers to leadership progression
  • Identify which barrier is most relevant to them right now
  • Reflect on how these barriers affect visibility, influence, and decision-making at work
  • Leave with greater clarity on what they need to strengthen to progress with more confidence and intention
