Weekly Free HIIT + Strength Series Hosted by Fitness Ambassadors
Join us for The Fit Station at Mockingbird, a free weekly community workout series every Thursday at 7 PM.
This is your go-to outdoor HIIT and strength training series, designed to help you build power, improve endurance, and stay consistent. Each month features a new training focus, and April is all about Strength and HIIT.
Expect dynamic 45-minute workouts led by incredible instructors, high-energy vibes, a live DJ, and plenty of reasons to stick around and socialize after class.
Come for the workout. Stay for the community.

- 📍 Location: Outdoor plaza next to Angelika Film Center, at the top of the stairs

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Bring your own mat and water bottle. Mat rentals are available for $5. Classes take place outdoors. Arrive early to check in and grab your spot.
