Open to the public, a house tour and two Scavenger Hunts for all ages will be available. In recognition of Rev250 a special Eagle-themed Scavenger Hunt offers a glimpse into Eagles and their United States symbolism.
Listed on both the National Register of Historic Places and on the New Hampshire Register of Historic Places, the circa 1802 Abbot-Spalding House, a Federal revival style house Museum, has previously served as the home to a succession of prominent Nashua citizens including Daniel Abbot, the father of Nashua. Visiting The Abbot-Spalding House is free to Nashua Historical Society members and is free to Military retired and active individuals’ families. A $10.00 fee applies to all other visitors, cash or check, and for credit cards a $12.00 fee applies. This house museum is not handicapped accessible.
