Step into the delicate world of Limerick lace with The Fine Art of Limerick Lace, a special pop-up exhibition by Friends of Lace Limerick at Limerick City Library. Discover intricate lace pieces, historic tools, and stories woven through generations. This intimate showcase offers a rare glimpse into one of Limerick’s most treasured crafts—past and present.A Limerick lace workshop for beginners will be led by Eva Ryley from 10:30am to 1pm. The workshop is fully booked.
At 2:30pm, historian Sharon Slater will give a talk on Limerick places connected to the history of Limerick lace.
