About this Event

Welcome to the Fine Art of Aging

Aging well is about more than adding years to life—it’s about staying informed, connected, and confident as we grow older.

Join us for a FREE half-day event on aging well and aging in place. Local family doctors will share practical insights on healthy aging, sleep, brain health, social connection, and understanding the difference between normal aging and dementia. The program also includes an educational session on Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD).

As the North Shore’s senior population grows, learning how to stay healthy, informed, and connected matters more than ever. The Fine Art of Aging brings together trusted health professionals and community members for an engaging morning of learning and conversation.

Please note: Seating is first-come, first-served. Arrive by 8:30 a.m. to check in and secure your spot.
