Join us for a morning of movement and exercise sessions: whether you're looking to restore, energise, strengthen or simply rediscover your love for movement. This is the perfect morning for you to feel good.
During the morning, you will have the chance to try Mat Pilates, Pilates Flow and Pilates Strength. Join us for the whole morning, or for the sessions that take your fancy. Refreshments are included!
We look forward to you joining in the fun at our boutique studio based in the heart of Rugby, Warwickshire.
Simply book onto the session that you want to come along too. All sessions are 45 minutes, and spaces are limited.
9:00 - 9:45am: Mat Pilates
A full body workout focusing on your core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. As with all classes, alternative exercises will be provided as needed.
10:00-10:45am: Pilates Flow
Taught by Lisa, this new style of Pilates is a perfect blend of Thai Chi, Pilates and Yoga. This class will improve your fluidity of movement, through connecting and building the strength of your body and mind. A fun, calming class designed for everyone.
11:00-11:40am: Pilates for Strength
During this session Kayleigh will lead you through a series of weight-baring exercises. Building and maintaining our bone health, heart health and muscular strength is essential if we want to continuing enjoying our life. Join us!
