The Father Wound: A 4 Day Healing & Returning to Feminine Flow JourneyThis 4 Day experience is a gentle yet powerful journey into healing the father wound—where it lives in your patterns, your drive, your nervous system, and your relationship with doing, achieving, and receiving.
For many women, the father wound doesn’t just show up in relationships with men—it shows up as overworking, overgiving, over-functioning, and feeling like you always have to “hold it all together.”
Together, we will explore how early paternal dynamics shaped your relationship with safety, structure, worth, and performance—and how those patterns may be keeping you stuck in survival-based masculine energy.
Through guided reflection, somatic work, shamanic journeys, and sound healing, you’ll begin to release the pressure to constantly push, prove, and perform—and reconnect with softness, receptivity, and trust.
This is not about rejecting the masculine—it’s about restoring balance and allowing yourself to be supported, held, and at ease within your own life.

What We’ll Be Exploring Each Week
Week 1: The Imprint — Safety, Structure & Survival
We begin by exploring how the father wound was formed and how it shaped your relationship with safety, authority, and protection. This includes the ways you may have learned to rely on yourself, push through, or become overly independent. Through somatic awareness and a guided journey, you’ll begin to see what was created—without judgment.
Week 2: The Pattern — Overdoing, Overgiving, Overholding
This week brings awareness to how the father wound shows up in your daily life. We’ll explore patterns of overworking, people-pleasing, hyper-independence, and the need to stay in control. Through somatic work and journeying, you’ll begin to recognize where you are operating from pressure rather than presence.
Week 3: The Body — Releasing the “Go-Go-Go” State
Here we begin shifting out of constant activation. Through grounding somatic practices, nervous system support, and guided journey work, you’ll learn how to soften, slow down, and feel safe without always needing to do. This week focuses on creating space for rest, receiving, and being.
Week 4: The Reclamation — Returning to Feminine Flow & Support
In our final week, we focus on integration—reconnecting with your natural rhythm, your ability to receive, and your right to be supported. This includes embodied practices, re-patterning your relationship with effort and worth, and a deeply restorative sound bath to anchor the shift into softness and trust.
