Ready to shake things up? Join The FAB Boxing 5 Week Reset Programme and kickstart your fitness journey with energy and purpose. This in person programme is designed to boost your strength, build resilience, and reset your routine in a powerful way.
Each Saturday includes structured boxing training, guided reflection, and open community conversation. We move together, then we talk together. This is not group therapy and it is not just fitness. It is a supportive space where people can connect, share perspectives, and grow stronger physically and mentally.
Whether you are brand new to boxing or already experienced, you will be challenged, supported, and part of something bigger than just a workout.
