About this Event
For the woman who has been holding it all — this is your space to set it down.
This one day retreat is for you if you:
>> Have been holding it all - the emotional weight, the mental lists, the pressure of daily obligations - and rarely feel the space to simply "be".
>> Find yourself giving more than you receive, extending more than you rest, feeling overwhelmed, and longing for more balance in your life and relationships… but aren't quite sure how to create it.
>> Have a hard time prioritizing yourself without guilt, struggle with feeling "not-enough," feel hesitant to enter your emotional terrain, or question whether you can trust the guidance that emerges from within.
>> Are ready to cultivate deeper safety, trust, and spaciousness from the inside out — rooted in the capacity both to hold yourself and to allow yourself to be held.
When you haven't had access to the space, support, or inner safety to exhale, it can also feel like not being able to put it down.
... Like there's too much to do.
... Like support isn't quite accessible.
... And like if you let go, everything might fall apart.
The Exhale is designed as a container where you are supported not only in setting the weight down — but also in gently exploring the nervous system imprints and beliefs that perpetuate the patterns of holding it all, of giving more than you receive, and of operating beyond your true capacity.
Not exploring them in your mind... but in your body.
