A gentle breathwork and sound journey for slowing down and returning to the body designed to guide the body into deep rest and restoration.Blending gentle breathing techniques, somatic awareness, and live organic sound, we shift the nervous system out of activation and into a grounded, parasympathetic state.
With elements of seated somatic movement, guided breath, and a deeply restorative sound bath integration, the experience supports release, grounding, and a quiet reconnection within.
Herbal tea will be offered as part of the space.
Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks will be available for your comfort.
