My name is Aymanie, fellow loctician and founder of Enerlocks. After powerful, heart-centered stops in London, Massachusetts, and Maryland, the Global Loctician Experience is officially arriving in Cedar Hill, Texas on April 11th.

At Enerlocks, we believe that connection and bonding are the very veins that run through our company. Most locticians work in isolation, but we were never meant to build alone. This isn’t a typical hair class—it is a high-vibe, all-inclusive professional retreat designed to bridge the gap between us. We are taking over Painting with a Twist in Cedar Hill for an exclusive, multi-sensory experience built on the three pillars of the Enerlocks Blueprint.

1. CONNECTION (The Creative Activity) We start by stepping away from the chair to clear our minds and see one another as peers, not competitors. Your contribution of $85 is all-inclusive of:

• Exclusive Painting Experience: A guided, high-energy session to unlock your creativity.
• DIY Candle Making: Craft your own signature salon scent to take home as a reminder of the tribe.

2. BOND (The Social Spread) The most powerful professional bonds are formed when we break bread. Your contribution includes a catered spread of appetizers and beverages. Feel free to bring your own special drink. We will enjoy this social hour together—sharing our stories, bonding, and connecting. This is the "vein" of our company coming to life.

3. TRAINING (The Gift of Speed) When we are connected and supported, we can truly grow. As a gift to the tribe, I am including a Signature Mini Speed Training, featuring techniques pulled directly from my Virtual 5-Week Speed Program.

• The Result: Master a few techniques and flow needed to retighten your clients’ locs significantly quicker.
• The Proof: A recent attendee implemented these exact techniques and shaved a full hour off her service time immediately.

4. CAPTURE (The Brand Glow-Up) Come Camera Ready! Because we are building a global movement, we will be capturing professional photos and videos throughout the event. This is your opportunity to grab high-end content of yourself in an social setting to expand your own brand presence.

To maximize your experience during the Microlocs Speed Training, we have the following recommendations:

• Gear: Bringing a Mannequin Head (with established locs or braids) and a Stand is highly recommended.
• The "New Growth" Rule: If bringing your own mannequin, please ensure there are at least 2 inches of new growth available for hands-on mastery.
• Note on Sharing: If you do not currently have a mannequin or stand, don't let that stop you from attending! We will have a mannequin head on-site for you to share with others so everyone can participate in the learning experience.
