Welcome to Growth For Girlies: The Energy Return — an intentional, healing experience designed to help you consciously reclaim your energy from people, situations, and emotional dynamics that no longer deserve it.

This is not about force, avoidance, or pretending you don’t care. It’s about closure, clarity, and self-leadership.

Through a guided journaling practice, a cord-cutting meditation, and a private letter-writing ritual, you’ll release lingering emotional ties and return your energy back to yourself — where it belongs.

This experience is structured, grounded, and deeply empowering.

• A calm, intentional women's-only space designed for safety, clarity and self-leadership
• Clear boundaries — no forced sharing
• Grounding + integration to close the experience feeling steady, stable and complete
• Reflection prompts and all necessary materials provided

All materials are provided, including workbooks, meditations, and writing tools.

Before the exercise, we’ll ground together with a brief reflection:

“Where is my energy still being held — and what would it feel like to consciously call it back?”
