Energy Reset
A Monthly Reiki Circle & Sound Experience
This April, we begin a new journey—one that gently guides us through the energy centers of the body, starting from the foundation: the Root Chakra (Muladhara).
The root chakra is connected to our sense of safety, stability, and belonging. When in balance, it allows us to feel grounded, supported, and at home within ourselves. When imbalanced, we may feel anxious, disconnected, or unsettled.
This Energy Reset is designed to bring you back to center—to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the steady, supportive energy within and around you.
Together, we’ll create a safe and intentional space to land, release, and restore—held in community and guided through healing practices.
Your experience will include:
• Gentle, grounding yoga to connect you with your body and breath
• A Root Chakra-focused Reiki circle to support energetic balance
• An immersive sound bath to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system
This is your invitation to pause, to root deeply, and to return to yourself—feeling steady, supported, and present.
