The Enchanted Hearth, A Deep Winter’s Rest
As the earth is resting in the quiet embrace of winter, we too are invited to pause, to soften, to rest. The cold winds call us inward, and to sink deeply into stillness.
Join me for a sacred pause in this season of quiet transformation. A gentle hatha flow and meditation to root you in the earth, open your heart, and quiet the mind. Through breath and movement, we’ll return to the rhythm of nature and the sacred space between moments.
We’ll journey through visualizations, grounding meditations, and the gentle healing energies of crystals, candles, and sacred herbs. The wisdom of the season will weave its way through us.
After our practice, we’ll gather for tea and homemade vegan and GF cake before we wander to the woodland spa, where the ancient elements of water, fire, and forest hold space for renewal. Here, beneath the canopy of trees, we’ll immerse in the sauna, hot tubs, and cold plunges, letting go of tension and emerging lighter, calmer, more connected to the pulse of the earth.

Please book asap so I can book your space at the spa and plan the catering in advance. Let me know of any dietary requirements/allergies and injuries/illness etc in advance.
Please bring:
A yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
Bottle of water
Swimsuit and 2 towels (one for in the sauna)
Comfortable clothes for yoga
flip flops for spa
