During the Empress Retreat, Cécile will offer a 10 minute Hand Reflexology Session for participants who wish to have “a taste” of her practice, that is usually applied on the feet. It will be a highly relaxing moment and a connection to one’s body and mind. Each participant can decide what she would like to focus on: from stress relief, better sleep or digestion, pain relief and overall well-being. Finally, Cecile will end the mini-session by giving each person a self care routine to apply on their hands or their loved ones.

Priya Ahuja Donatelli traveled to Beijing, China in 2009 to study acupuncture and herbs.Priya has treated hundreds of patients with various forms of disease ranging from acute physical pain to chronic degenerative disease, from psychological issues such as depression and anxiety to childhood trauma. Priya's practice is bi-coastal, and some services are available remotely. Beyond her core services, Priya also offers intuitive bodywork, essential oil prescription, lifestyle modification counseling, and Bach Flower Remedies.

During the Empress Retreat, Priya wil be offering a mini Classical Acupuncture session. She will do a brief pulse reading and tongue analysis, from there she will prescribe a set of acupuncture points to support you best! If any significant information arises regarding helpful herbs or nutrition, she will also share them with you.
