Healthcare doesn’t have to feel so hard and frustrating! Learn how to work WITH the system to get your health needs met.
Have you ever:
Walked out of your doctors office feeling dismissed, confused, unheard, and frustrated?
Been told your blood tests are ‘fine’ but you still feel like somethings not right?
Wanted to ask your health practitioner more questions but didn’t know what to say, froze, or were too scared?
Felt like your health practitioner wasn’t really listening?

This 2 hour workshop gives you the tools to:
Prepare for a health practitioner visit
Empower yourself so you feel confident for your appointment(s)
Know + express your rights
Ask the right questions + communicate your needs
Understand your blood tests - ‘normal’ may not mean optimal
Know when to find a new practitioner and HOW
Feel supported in clinical settings

Please bring a journal, pen, and any questions you have.
