20+ lightly edited low-res images from your 20-minute outdoor mini-shoot with Gorgeous You Photography, ready to use on your website and/or socials. They will be available to download from an online gallery (with the option to upgrade to high-res fully retouched images).

Video social media content

Your park-bench video interview to give you up to 5 short videos for posting on social media, or your website.

14 days of content

A done-for-you content guide with 14 days of content templates designed around your photos and videos, to help you get discovered by new people, build trust and invite people to your services.

You'll walk away feeling empowered to talk about your work and the impact is has. You'll leave with a personal affirmation you create in the confidence workshop - yours to return to whenever the self-doubt or resistance creeps back in and you need to remember who you are.

Info: We begin the day with ceremonial cacao (who doesn’t love a hot chocolate made from 100% cacao with maximum goodness!) - a grounding ritual to help you to connect inwards and connect with your heart-led passions. You’ll reflect on who you are, what you’re passionate about, and why you do what you do… and share (if you’d like to) in a supportive circle of like-hearted business owners.

Info: This is the space to connect with what you’re brilliant at - your strengths, talents, gifts and uniqueness to help you step into your inner knowing and confidence. We’ll help you connect with an empowering personal affirmation you can come back to - during your content shoot and beyond.

Info: You’ll each have a professional mini-shoot with Ginny Marsh at Gorgeous You Photography in Valley Gardens. A relaxed, supportive 20-minute outdoor shoot designed to capture you naturally - no stiff posing, no pressure.

Info: Then, you’ll join Lauren for a park bench video interview, a relaxed conversation about who you are, what you do, why you do it and how people can work with you. You’ll have personable social media video content that connects and builds trust with your next clients. No scripts, no pressure, just real, human connection.
