About this Event
Beyond Burnout: A Leadership Conversation on Health, Care, and Capacity
Burnout has become normalized in leadership culture. Exhaustion is praised. Overextension is expected. And too many leaders are quietly running on empty.
Beyond Burnout is a morning conversation presented by the Empowered Alliance that brings women, men, and caregivers together to explore how health, caregiving, and invisible responsibility impact leadership capacity, decision-making, and long-term sustainability.
This experience moves beyond quick fixes and buzzwords to address the real drivers of burnout, from women’s health and men’s health to caregiving demands and unspoken pressure.
WHAT TO EXPECT
What we will explore:
• Why burnout is so common in leadership
• Women’s health and the cost of chronic overextension
• Men’s health and the pressure to power through
• Caregiving while leading at work and at home
• What leaders and organizations must change to move forward
This is a grounded, honest conversation for leaders who want to lead well without sacrificing their health or humanity.
WHO THIS IS FOR
• Executives and senior leaders
• Business owners and founders
• HR and people leaders
• Managers navigating growth and responsibility
• Caregivers of children, parents, or partners
• Allies who want healthier leadership cultures
Burnout is no longer an individual problem.
It is a leadership reality shaped by health, caregiving, pressure, and expectations that rarely get named.
Beyond Burnout creates space for an honest, grounded conversation about what leaders are actually carrying in their bodies, their families, and their roles and what sustainable leadership truly requires.
This is not a wellness workshop.
This is not about resilience or pushing through.
This is a real conversation.
