At our next Fauna Transplant Support meeting, we’re creating space to talk honestly about the emotional side of transplant: the gratitude, the survivor’s guilt, the fear of rejection, the pressure to “be okay,” the joy of second chances, and the weight of honoring our donors well.
Whether you are a recipient, living donor, waiting, or a donor family member, this will be a safe and faith-centered space to share, listen, and support one another. We’ll talk about the feelings we don’t always say out loud and remind each other that healing is not just physical, it’s spiritual and emotional too.
