Join us for the 10th anniversary edition of the Emma Horrell Canal 10K on 23rd July 2025. This is a fantastic multi-terrain out-and-back style race along the Bridgewater Canal towpath, perfect for runners aiming to test their fitness whilst enjoying a scenic route.
With entries from just £20 we expect to sell out quickly!
Renamed last year, this event honors the memory of long-standing Manchester Road Runner committee and club member Emma Horrell. Emma was a passionate advocate of the Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) charity and hence all money raised as part of this event will be donated to CRY in Emma’s memory.
All runners will receive a finisher pack, which includes snacks and a custom race medal. Participants can also enjoy a celebratory post race atmosphere with friends and fellow runners at Race HQ (The Wharf) which will be serving food and refreshments
