16-Hour Module | Part of the 300-Hour YTT
As yoga teachers, we’re not just leading classes—we’re holding space. This training invites you to step into leadership that’s grounded, emotionally attuned, and rooted in your nervous system—not performative or polished, but real.
You’ll learn to:
✔ Lead from your body, not just your mind
✔ Recognize and regulate your emotional state in real time
✔ Respond to challenge or feedback without shutting down
✔ Hold space with clarity, steadiness, and compassion
✔ Set boundaries and navigate projection with skill
Through somatic practices, reflection, and real-time dialogue, you’ll build the emotional intelligence and embodied confidence needed to guide others with integrity.
