About this Event

The Elevated Breath is a guided breathwork experience designed to explore the connection between conscious breathing, body awareness, and expanded perception. Through intentional breath patterns and nervous system awareness, participants are invited to quiet the thinking mind and drop into a more embodied state of presence.

The lungs are a powerful gateway between the body and brain. Every breath sends signals throughout the nervous system that influence heart rate, emotional state, and mental clarity. By consciously changing the way we breathe, we can alter internal chemistry and access deeper sensations and insights within the body.

For centuries, humans have also explored relationships with plant allies as tools for introspection and shifting perception. When approached with intention and respect, some people find that plant allies can heighten body awareness, slow internal dialogue, and create space for deeper self-observation.

When combined with guided breathwork, this heightened awareness may support participants in tuning into subtle sensations, observing thought patterns with greater clarity, and accessing emotional layers that often remain beneath the surface.

While this workshop offers a plant-friendly space, the foundation of the experience is always the breath itself. Breathwork works directly through your physiology—engaging the lungs, influencing the nervous system, and allowing the body to release stored tension and patterns.

Plant allies, if chosen, simply act as a supportive lens for perception, while the breath remains the primary tool for exploration. We encourage approaching them as tools for awareness rather than escape.

A preparation guide will be sent to all participants before the event with guidance on conscious use and how to best prepare for the breathwork journey.
