Join us for an energizing full-body Pilates experience designed to strengthen, sculpt, and elevate your movement. This class blends controlled, low-impact exercises with intentional breathwork to build deep core strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility.

Expect a dynamic flow that targets glutes, arms, abs, and legs while keeping your heart rate elevated. Our supportive, music-driven environment makes the workout challenging yet empowering, suitable for all levels, with modifications provided.

After class, enjoy complimentary drinks from our drink stand, the perfect way to rehydrate, refresh, and connect with the Elevé community.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Elevé Pilates will leave you feeling stronger, longer, and lifted.

What to bring: Water bottle, and a yoga mat. We will also have mats available for rent for $5.
