Welcome to The Elements of Art Summer Session for Kids! 3 Day Mini Camp
Come join us for a fun and creative summer session where kids can explore the elements of art through various activities and projects. From learning about colors and shapes to experimenting with different techniques and materials, this event is perfect for young aspiring artists. This a three day mini camp consisting of three, 2 hour classes. The class is limited to 4 students and is situated in the inspiring arts hub cSPACE Marda Loop in SW Calgary.
Dates: Wed. July 31st -Thurs. August 1st -Fri. August 2nd from 10 am to noon.

Over the course of the program, students will:
- Explore Different Mediums-Learn the unique properties and techniques associated with graphite pencils, colored pencils, markers and watercolor.
- Develop Drawing Skills- Improve foundational drawing skills while investigating the elements of art.
- Create Original Artwork- Work on a series of projects that encourage creativity and personal expression.
- Understand Art Concepts- Gain an understanding of key artistic concepts like line, texture and form.
- Build Confidence- Receive personalized feedback and encouragement in a supportive environment that fosters artistic growth and confidence.
