A 5 Part Transformational Ecstatic Dance Series
Greetings All,
It is such a pleasure to know that we will be gathering next season, to celebrate in the brilliance of Summer, it’s full bloom and it’s second direction in the Medicine Wheel - dancing into the Winds of the South.
Whether you are exploring this session for a one off experience, or you’ve committed to the full series - it’s a true joy to feel your presence joining us in July 30th’s Inner Journeys dance gathering.
This is an offering taking dance to a place of honouring, a place of ceremony, and a gift to the Self. Through movement, breathwork, sound and stillness.
This is a 5 part series, that coincides with the Seasons, bringing in completion near the Winter Solstice. It is the birthing of an expanded vision which will start take place Spring 2025. This gathering is part 2 of 5 through this series.

7pm - 10pm (arrival 6:50pm)

What to Bring:
- Water Bottle (extra water as you’ll be on site for awhile).
- Yoga Mat
- Layered clothing (your temperature will shift throughout the day as we will be dancing as well as having time for stillness).
- An Open Mind
No Dance Experience Needed.
