This mostly untouched permissive path loops around the Sennybridge Training Area, the third largest military training area in the UK… but have no worries, The MOD have made sure the area is safer than your own backyard! Keep your eyes peeled for the local mountain bikers, the experienced day hikers, the brute horses on the run and a thousand shades of green that will make you fall in love all over again.

The remarkable history of the area and unspoilt countryside has changed very little over the past 500 years. With the Brecon Beacons to the South and the Cambrian Mountains to the North, the Epynt Way will fill your lungs with the freshest air, your eyes with remarkable sights and your heart with the passion to keep exploring!

The Sennybridge Training Area (SENTA) is the third largest military training ground in the United Kingdom, lying north of the Brecon Beacons and don’t you worry… you’ll be running the full 50 miles around the boundary.
The reason we’ve created The EDDUM is to showcase one of the most awesome and beautiful trails Wales has to offer, whilst giving each and every participant an adventure of a lifetime that will live long in the legs.
