About your teacher
Sonya Sanford is a writer, chef and podcast host living in Portland, Oregon. She specializes in Ukrainian and Soviet food, Jewish diasporic cuisine, and Pacific Northwest seasonal cooking, and she is the author of "Braids: Recipes From My Pacific Northwest Jewish Kitchen." Her culinary background includes cheffing, food styling, and recipe development, and she was also the founder and owner of Portland’s Beetroot Market & Deli.
All registrants will get the recording of the class to keep, along with recipe sheets.
