The Drumming All-Stars Clinic + Concert

Presented by (August 2-5, 2026, at The Los Angeles College of Music in Pasadena, CA), "The Drumming All-Stars Clinic + Concert" is an ALL-AGES day of education and music featuring a Noon drum clinic and an 8:00 p.m. concert. These two events can be purchased separately or as a combo.

Both events feature four world-class drummers: Gary Novak (Allan Holdsworth/Chick Corea), Kaz Rodriguez (Chaka Khan/Josh Grobin), Steve Smith (Journey/Vital Information) and Dave Weckl (Chick Corea/Mike Stern). The concert features: bassist Hagar Ben Ari (The Late Late Show with James Corden), keyboardist Stu Mindeman (Kurt Elling/Dave Weckl), singer Chrissi Poland (Christopher Cross/Chris Botti) and guitarist Vinny Valentino (George Benson/Vital Information).

The Clinic will feature a drum performance, discussion, and Q&A session. The Concert will feature each drummer playing a three-song set! They will also jam together for some unforgettable moments!

This rare collection of incredible musicians will appeal to serious music enthusiasts - not just drummers! It's an all-ages show that is also perfect for people of all ages.

Location/Parking/Food

The location for both events is the performance hall at the Los Angeles College of Music. This is an intimate room with no bad seats! The entrance is at 300 S. Fair Oaks Avenue. Street parking is available and there is a lot across the street.

The college is a five minute walk from Colorado Blvd. in Old Town Pasadena. This is a super-hip area with lots of shops and restaurants - a perfect hang in the afternoon and for dinner before the concert. See below for a map and more instructions.
Seating

We are selling unassigned general seats. You can purchase an early admission seat if you want to enter the hall early and grab a closer seat. The seats are comfortable and the room is accessible.

About The Event Organizer

This concert is the opening event for Drum Fantasy Camp, an international drumming event now in its 18th year! The drumming performers will run classes August 2, 3, 4, and 5. Attendees get to jam with our band in the evenings!

Enter the building at 300 S Fair Oaks Ave. There is metered parking next to the building, on S Fair Oaks Ave., and across the street from the venue in lots (may require payment).
