Leicester’s rockabilly pioneers ‘The Drugstore cowboys’ were formed in 1997, since then this has seen the band taking their brand of smokin roots music to many a spit and sawdust pub, venue and festival all over the U.K and Europe, Nick whitfield (guitar) Tom Bull (upright bass) and Damon Clarridge (drums) have just released the long awaited third album 'All Tooled Up' on Smokin Records,Whilst the Drugstore Cowboys foundations are without doubt set in the Country/Rockabilly style the bands sound draws from so much more and it would be impossible to try and define the sound of this powerhouse trio with one or two words..
