About this Event
Step into an evening sanctuary where body, breath, and dreamwork gently align. This 2 hour experience guides you through restorative yoga to soften tension and calm your nervous system, preparing you to descend into the mystical realm of dreams.
During savasana, you’ll be guided through a dream “drop-in,” a gentle journey into your inner imagery, symbols, and landscapes. Afterward, we'll gather for a tea ceremony in sacred circle to explore your dream world. You will learn tools to support yourself and others in better understanding what your dreams are waiting for you to unlock.
This is a sparkly, liminal space for:

- 1 hour of dreamwork and integration
Come ready to rest, dream, and awaken to the magic within your body and mind. Light snacks and yoga props provided. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and eye mask, or anything else that would make you comofortable.

Meet your fairy guides:
Laurelle Schiff, (she/הִיא), is a community weaver, play consultant, and dream worker. With a background in spiritual event building, she has built a career around her love of bringing people together through meaningful wellness opportunities, through the studying of her own ancestry’s ancient practices of Earth-based healing connections. She has been studying the work of the dream world for many years, and has been an avid and deep dreamer her whole life. With a stack of dream journals that can reach her ceiling, she is always asking to hear people’s dreams, guiding those on how to recall their dreams, and on ancestral methods to guide others to enter each other’s dream worlds. She leads a weekly dream circle and does dream coaching as well!
Elana Morgulis, MFT, E-RYT (she/her) is a holistic psychotherapist, restorative yoga teacher, and mindfulness guide who is passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner world through the body. Her work with adults and couples blends somatic psychology, nervous system regulation, and depth-oriented psychotherapy to create spaces that feel both safe and quietly transformative. Elana is especially drawn to the deeper layers of experience where rest, embodiment, and inner imagery meet, supporting people in softening out of overthinking and into states of presence, intuition, and self-trust. Through her work, she invites others to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the wisdom that emerges when the body is at ease.
