We are proud to welcome the world renowned curators of Shambhala’s Living Room Stage to rock our dance floor and grace our decks. The last time Lion-S played a set in Victoria it was to a sold out show curated by PrimitiveHustle (and Murph Productions) at Studio Robazzo. She has long been an island favourite and we can’t wait to have her at The Downbeat. Hoola’s sets are highly sought after by dancers and promoters alike. He is a disco aficionado who can bring a vintage aesthetic to his upfront soundsystem sets. He is one of those rare DJ’s who is your favourite DJ’s favourite, but will also rock whatever crowd is in front of him, honing in to what they are thirsty for in the moment. Rounding out this show will be Downbeat resident and DJ competion winner, Andrea Wolf- who will be bringing something special in direct support, and opening the night will be vibe specialist mr.b, who’s Quality Productions recently brought Foxy Moron and Vinyl Ritchie to melt our minds on his birthday.

Behind the decks, she thrives on the dynamic exchange with the dance floor, shaping sets organically in response to the crowd.
